  - Collaborated with a subteam of eight students to design and construct a 4130 Chromoly chassis for the 2024 Baja SAE competition, prioritizing weight reduction and proper node triangulation to optimize load distribution.- Designed and fabricated both 3D and planar wooden manufacturing jigs to ensure all major chassis dimensional tolerances within 1/8".- Heavily utilized manufacturing methods including angle grinders, tube benders, panel/jig saws, and welding and trained three other student engineers in using such equipment.
