Aug 2022 - Oct 2024Head of MarketingAchievements: • Developed the naming for Interna Clinic, as the clinic specializes in treating internal diseases • Created the clinic’s website from scratch (https://internaclinic.kz), which indexes over 100 pages, features internal search, a catalog with more than 350 SKUs, doctor resumes, feedback forms, telephony, and access to social networks and messengers • The clinic appears in the top 3 SEO search results • The clinic is present on all possible digital resources, maps, and aggregator websites • Introduced a pop-up mechanism on specific website pages to redirect traffic from fully booked doctors to available ones, increasing bookings from 15% to 70% for these specialists • Analyzed and segmented over 15,000 patients by category for deeper communication within social media, based on factors like gender, age, demography, disease groups, visit frequency, first check, last check, and total revenue from each patient • Implemented informational blocks for each service and doctor, reducing the number of non-relevant inquiries to the contact center by 40% • After taking responsibility for the inpatient ward, I developed an offer that filled the ward from 40% to 130%, with 30% being a future waitlist • From February 2023 to February 2024, I also served as the Commercial Director • Built the Contact Center operations from scratch, from staff selection and training to call scripts, automated responses, and virtual menus during calls • The same informational blocks for all services and procedures reduced the Contact Center’s training process from 10 days to 3 days • Identified patient profiles, allowing us to personalize offers and communication on social media.
