      During June-July I attended Bright Network IEUK 2023 On Demand: Business Operations & Management programme where I heard masterclasses from industry leaders across sectors including Nestle, PWC, UBS, P&G and more. There was opportunity for networking with other candidates on the programme and assessments to challenge us into thinking a little harder. It was fascinating to learn the variety of factors that affect a company's decisions, the pipeline and how that process is carried out.
