  As a Senior HR Advisor and Business Partner for the Corporate M&A and International Capital Market practice in Jakarta, I was responsible for managing employee relations from partners to junior lawyers level and implementing various HR initiatives. These initiatives included strategic planning, talent and performance management, rewards and well-being programs, development of employee assistance programs, recruitment efforts, and designing future work strategies including diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) efforts.My contributions were instrumental in earning recognition for our Jakarta HR Team at the 2022 Citibank Community Business Awards. We were acknowledged for our pioneering HR initiatives in Asia, especially in talent management and well-being support for female employees and their families. These initiatives included vibrant living benefits, mental health support programs, a comprehensive employee assistance program, women's leadership development, and Family@GR programs, which covered parental coaching and virtual play-dates for A&O Jakarta's young ones.
