  CORE COMPETENCIES Take full responsibility of drilling fluid and/or brine and all fluid related products at rig sites; Onshore and Offshore. Build mud and/or brine systems in the mud plant and/at rig sites in line with program specifications.  Formulate drilling fluid systems in the laboratory to meet with clients’ fluid property specifications. Keep correct inventory of the fluids and products. Run chemical tests on fluids as demanded by the operation to maintain fluid and clients’ specification, also retaining fluid properties as required.  Maintain quality control and quality assurance on all products and services. Co-ordinates logistics of fluid and materials request, supply and backload in a manner that ensures smooth running of operations.  Prepare daily mud report.
