Worked on preliminary SWM, landscape, E&S and Utility design.Dulles Expo Center ExpansionAdditional square footage added to existing Dulles Expo Center. Added parking lot to existing site. Used existing plans and as-builts to design a plan to incorporate to additional runoff from the site. Additional overland relief required due to location of proposed building addition. Large scale SWM/BMP and storm sewer design required for site.Broadlands - Virgina Tire and AutoExisting pad site for retail use. Revised site design to incorporate new tenant. Revised utility design and storm water design for new use.Life Time Fitness - CIty of Gaithersburg, MDSet up plan layout, SWM design and designed Stormwater Management facilities on-site. Preliminary stormwater design, and final stormwater design done through City of Gaithersburg Public Works.. Utility design on-site through WSSC. Took plan from start of feasibility report through approval from City of Gaithersburg. Met with clients and City to come up with the best design solutions for the site giving several existing condition issues. Able to communicate with clients to make sure the site is what they envisioned it to be. Currently providing on-site construction administration assistance with Life Time Fitness for the project.
