    MBA, MTech having 25 years of experience in overall operations management with expertise in developing strategies, building and optimizing organizational systems and processes, creating organizational alignment to maximize business results and deliver value to customer. I have a thorough understanding of tools used in Six Sigma, TQM and Lean Management which allows me to map the value stream, identify waste, identify variations in all processes and deploy improvement strategies. I am a certified Lead Auditor in ISO 9001 Quality Management System and also an Internal Auditor in TS 16949, ISO 14001 Environment and OHSAS 18001 Safety Management systems. In one of the company, I was a core team member of SAP Implementation and responsible for PPQM Module development and implementation. In another company, I was responsible for the development and implementation of an ERP package for the Facade Industry.
