  MADE is a club at the University of Tulsa that works closely with the Little Lighthouse, a school for special needs kids. We were tasked with creating and building things that all the students can engage with and will encourage learning. We focused on the specific needs of the students and created outdoor activity boards with sensory add-ons, things showing cause and effect and wheelchair accessibility. My role is that of one of the team members in our group. I was tasked with solving a problem that was faced with the old board, designing new add-ons, and building the new board. Show less

Responsibilities include facilitating a weekly meeting, managing the overall department budget of $160,000, and assisting in the creation of a new event planning structure focused on creating an engaging environment despite event limitations during Covid-19.
