  Key Responsibilities: I. Project Planning and Execution:1. Coordinate with different departments to analyze project risks, and handle the project schedule on the field level to match prescribed deadlines.2. Works closely with the QC department to develop and implement best procedures and ensure all equipment involved in the PCB disposal process meets the necessary quality standards and regulations.III. Plant Operation & Maintenance:1. Examine the feedback from sensors to detect any abnormalities in the mechanical systems and take corrective actions to prevent equipment failure and minimize downtime.2. Ensures the fire suppression system, utility equipment, and emission monitoring systems are functioning effectively during operations.3. Develop the plant operations by implementing efficient work strategies and cost-effective systems to improve overall efficiency, while maintaining high-quality standards.4. Conducting weekly inspections of all machinery to ensure that they are working efficiently to achieve operational requirements.5. Allocating preventive maintenance schedules to relevant departments during non-operation hours to eliminate unexpected breakdowns. Weniger anzeigen 1. Execute project works under the supervision of Project Engineers such as plant equipment erection, and fabrication of process pipelines as per Isometric and P&I Drawings.2. Support the project execution team in the installation of Process Reactors, Boilers, Air compressors, Cooling towers, Chillers, Filtration units and so on.3. Maintains a safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, and rules, and also follows the health and safety regulations of the state and the country.4. Manages inventory level in the warehouse by collaborating with the procurement team for proper material management.5. Provide aid for other administrative works such as ERP systems, material procurement, purchase orders, inventory records, and logistics. Weniger anzeigen 1. Maintains detailed daily reports of all project activities, work progress, results, and challenges faced using Microsoft Office.3. Shadows the Project Execution team while erection of the machinery, implementing safety measures at the workplace, preparing work schedules, and conducting inspections. 4. Works closely with site engineers to foster professional values and working principles.5.
