  Co-created The Lab’s Innovation Pipeline using human centered design practices to develop a process which enabled a 50+ team to evaluate 200+ ideas, conduct 50+ concept explorations and ship 5-10 products each year.Developed a large-scale program (500+ reach) designed to teach teams how to explore innovation concepts using design thinking, user research and small scale testing to prove out customer need, business viability and tech capability.Managed the operations & process that run the Lab portfolio including designing and implementing a refreshed monthly business report process, and presenting project updates, wins, risks, and milestones to the VP+ level.Developed the Lab’s OKR process from the ground up, escalating blockers & risks with follow up to resolution.
