  Key Projects and Achievements:• Orchestrated a series of 7 stages of the prestigious race on ATV & SSV - Can-Am X Race. I took charge of scouting locations for bivouacs, arranging catering services, coordinating mounting logistics, securing accommodations, managing entertainment. By providing comprehensive support to participants and staff, I ensured the smooth execution of the race.• Successfully organized a range of events for BRP Russia's dealer network, comprising 90 dealers and up to 200 participants in various locations, including Russia, Germany, Bulgaria and Cyprus. These events encompassed demo rides, business meetings, dealer conferences, gala-dinners. My responsibilities entailed venue selection, contracting service providers, arranging comfortable accommodations, managing seamless registration and transfers, providing catering services, visa support, curating on-site programs. These endeavors earned outstanding feedback, with an average participant rating of 4.9 out of 5, and some events being hailed as the best in the history of BRP Russia.• Spearheaded the preparation and execution of 4 online dealer conferences and 2 online product launches. My role involved crafting captivating concepts and scenarios, liaising with technical contractors and online platforms, registering participants, and overseeing on-site control during these virtual events.• Pioneered two groundbreaking Road Shows for new BRP vehicles across 20 cities in Russia within a span of three months, marking the first-ever such initiative by BRP Russia.   Key Projects and Achievements:• Just two weeks into my new role, I successfully orchestrated an international conference "ESG – A New Paradigm for Financial Market Development," for The Kazakhstan Stock Exchange JSC at The Ritz-Carlton Almaty. As the event manager, I meticulously crafted a comprehensive mounting plan, expertly handled logistics, on-site registrations, and coordinated the production of decorations and navigational elements. Additionally, I devised well-thought-out scenarios for two simultaneous tracks and ensured the availability of contractors for seamless simultaneous translation. The event witnessed the active participation of 800 attendees and featured 40 esteemed speakers, both offline and online.• I spearheaded two grand local business events, namely the "Shanyraq Forum," each drawing a crowd of over 2000 participants. My responsibilities encompassed overseeing a team of 60+ volunteers, meticulously managing ticket control, help desks, wardrobe services, and coordinating the welcoming of VIP guests and parking arrangements.
