  MBP NGIT & NGICV TRUCKS – Design and development of suspension package:• MBP – Modular Business Program, this project aims at reducing the number of parts and by making it common for all segments. Thus helps in reducing the cost, development time, easy for manufacturing and assembly.• I have been put very active in this project for Suspension system & its parts from concept to the production stage.• All together we have made Suspension, Anti-Roll bar & Damper related brackets and hard points common for 50 variants.• Value Engineering has been done to reduce cost and durability of the brackets.• Through knowledge of Data Validation and process followed for suspension system and its parts. DFMEA for parts to control failure considering all aspects has been done post prototype phase.• Prepared leaf spring design calculations to meet the required ride frequency and packaging constrains.• Designed & Analyzed casting brackets considering manufacturing feasibility & various dynamic loading conditions.• Implementation of GD&T in manufacturing drawings and 3D annotation.• Analyzing worst clearance for various suspension components using tolerance stack up.• Creation of new parts and releasing it in PLM/3D experience/Leap.• Involved in 3D DMU preparation, installation drawing & release activities.• Learned stack up study and 3D kinematic analysis for suspension (leaf) and anti-roll bar articulation.
