  I liaised between project facilitators in Canada and Tanzania, Mwanza community leaders, and youth receiving training or services from EQWIP HUBs programming.I improved communication efficacy between our youth participants and our project's networks while ensuring participants received appropriate services for their professional needs. As the Support Officer, I organized events and created a monthly newsletter and organizational documents for training and daily operations. I implemented collaborative workshops (i.e. women's club, social media workshops, and product marketing workshops) contributing to building capacities of Mwanza communities. In addition to my role, I took on monitoring and evaluation mapping responsibilities to assess our project and prepare findings in a report for the Canadian Government. As the Support Advisor, I facilitate virtual and in-person meetings, training, and workshops for Crossroads staff, volunteers, and partner organizations. I also lead in-country orientations for North-South volunteers by planning itineraries, travelling, and communicating with several staff and partner organizations between Canada and Tanzania to acclimate participants to their mandate location (Zanzibar, Mwanza, Dar es Salaam, Moshi, Arusha).
