      Global Engineering ServicesWorking as a Senior Printed Circuit Board Designer:Job description includes:Responsibilities include completing the designing of PCB projects from scratch to final Gerber data output taking into account the state of the art designing tools for rigid, flex boards by using such advanced CAD tools as Cadence OrCAD & Allegro, Altium Designer, KiCad, Eagle, easyEDA.1. Experience with Rigid, Flex, and Rigid-Flex boards design.2. Hands on high speed multi-layer PCB layout Design.3. Convert paper design to neat CAD based schematics.4. Surface mount, BGA and through hole designs with blind/buried and via-in-pad technology.5. Layouting micro level chip like 0.5mm.6. Impedance Controlled layout.7. Provide High Speed design consultancy for placement using early analysis and designoptimization at system level.8. Split ground planes and power planes for mixed analog and digital designs.9. Challenges involve highly complex electrical, mechanical constraint driven designs(requiring 100% manual routing, impedance controlled stackups, upto 10Gbs interfaces).10. High density interconnects (>32 layers, Blind/Buried/Micro Vias and PTH via in-pad technology),Packaging (200+ pins/sq inch, PTH, SMT, Mixed).11. Experience in PCB layout design constraints for mixed/RF signal, high speed signalimpedance control, memory interfaces, power distribution, heat dissipationand optimization for EMI performance.12. Prepared fabrication and assembly notes.13. Generated the Gerber package for fabricator.14. Have worked on projects whose have round about 50,000 connection and morethan 10000 components.15. Understand datasheets and schematics, generating netlist and constraints,and using schematic for layout and routing reference.16. Worked on signal constraints like physical, spacing and electrical.
