  1. Responsible for ensuring manufactured products and feed oil meet set standards of quality, stability and performance related to specification and other regulatory requirements as well as customer expectations.2. To manage and control all in-process and final inspections as well as testing are carried out according to the documented procedures or customer requirements,3. Responsible to conduct assessment of company production processes as well as develop in house quality and food safety policies, procedures, and specifications.4. Responsible to evaluate and provide solutions through collaboration with company's sourcing & procurement departments to ensure raw materials (oil & packaging materials) from external suppliers meet quality requirements.5. Responsible for positioning department KPIs with company's goals alignment.6. Responsible for process improvement initiator, change agent and risk associate for the company.7. Responsible to formulate, present & control on cost saving initiatives.8. To lead and analyse relevant quality statistical data to obtain information regarding quality performance 9. To lead, monitor, provide necessary leadership guidance / feedback and coach overall team KPIs/KRAs, individual performance & their improvement plans for QC team.10. To lead and control smooth laboratory activities inclusive its equipment, calibration related equipment, material related and GMP.11. To lead and control of ISO/HACCP procedures at company level.12. To manage & control good quality result at minimum cost.13. To lead and control all the summary of analysis results.14. To provide necessary advice to supplier, production, warehouse, CSD & make recommendations relating to processes, material and procedures affecting quality.15. To review & introduce quality related procedure, and its instructions, as and when required to ensure that its clearly defined, inderstood and implemented. Vis mindre 1. Give full commitment in managing 3 section in QC Department - Chemical Laboratory, Palm Kernel Laboratory and Packaging Material division - to ensure smooth and continuous laboratory activities.2. Manage the manpower requirement on day to day activities (despatch/ receive material, production plant (hydro,IE, Fractionation, DEO, etc.), and Margarine production.3. Monitor overall quality parameter for each product from plant production untill packing process - verify the summary of analysis result.4. Ensure all in-process and final inspection and testing is carried out according to the Product Data Sheet or customer requirement.5. Responsible inmaintaining the ISO document /procedure as required in QC department.6. Investigate cause of Non-Conforming products and co-ordinate corrective action / preventive actions and ensure they are effectively taken.7. Co-ordinate tests / evaluations on quality related problem. Liaise with supplier, production, warehouse and Customer Service Department and make recommendation relating to processes, material and procedures affecting quality.8. Upgrade and introduce quality related procedures, product specification, and instruction as and when required and ensure they are clearly defined, understood and implemented.9. Well trained and well knowledgeable in Palm Oil / Palm Kernel Oil based product. Vis mindre
