Responsibility recently moved from a local autonomy to national control with the assigned area for role responsibility North Queensland (Gympie to Cairns, west to Mt Isa and further to Darwin) supporting approximately 4,500 customers. Achievements:Successfully transitioned several Agents into the Origin Energy trade debtors system and provided training to the staff.Assisted in the transition of all branches of responsibility to the newly created central hubs based in Brisbane, South Australia and Tasmania.Recognised substantial revenue losses as a result of system changes – advised management of these findings. IT developed a fix for the system and this is currently being implemented nationally.Due to extensive system knowledge and operations have been identified as a mentor, problem solver and go to person nationally for accounts and systems issues.
