      Project: 2D Vision based error compensation.- A dedicated user interface was developed to obtain user inputs and calibrate precision glass. Thescanning process was automated to include image capturing, position error calculation, and thecreation of error correction maps. The accuracy of the error correction was evaluated using a laserinterferometer.Project: Senseless force controller implementation.- An ACS controller-based method was developed for position and force control to achieve sub-newton force accuracy. Tools were created to estimate motor force constant, motor friction,and spring constant variation. The methodology was evaluated, and application guidelines werewritten. Show less
