  SUPPLIER SELECTION AND COST PROCUREMENT REDUCTION WITH MULTIDIMENSIONAL AUCTIONThis paper presents two models of multidimensional auctions to improve an international NGO process procurement efficiency by reducing the procurement costs and the decision process time. These modest models have the advantage to be easily implementable as the mathematical formulation of the winner determination problem can be solved under Excel. The first one uses combinatorial auctions and is suited for procurement where suppliers can benefit from cost complementarities. As a consultant, I worked on the following Kinaxis RapidResponse implementation projects.• Mission: Continuous improvement of the implemented advanced planning system (APS) Kinaxis RapidResponse for a Fortune Global 500 company providing Electrical equipment. 2 monthsIn this short time, I handled the design and implementation of solution enhancements required by the users – Focus on Inventory and Forecast.• Project: Implementation of an end-to-end supply chain planning system (Kinaxis RapidResponse) – deployment and run phase - for a multinational pharmaceutical company . 1 year+I was a member of the cross-application team and was in charge of testing the integration between RapidResponse and third-party systems and applications (SAP, TM1, Dream, nSkep). My responsibilities also included designing/configuring the solution - Focus on Demand Planning/Financial data/Inventory - according to the business needs, data modelling, integration, and transformation.• Project: Implementation of an end-to-end supply chain planning system (Kinaxis RapidResponse) – Design and development phase - for a Fortune Global 500 pharmaceutical company . 1 year+In this project, I was a member of the development team. I worked both on business subjects: to-be process definition, user requirements gathering and on technical topics, answering how to translate these business needs into practical solutions in the RapidResponse tool.
