While I was a student, I achieved the Dean's List for Academics in multiple semesters in 2007 and 2008 (3.5GPA or above) and the President's List in 2008 (4.0GPA or above).

I would also perform basic roadside assistance (changing tires, etc) for stranded motorists and give directions to local places upon request.While employed with this agency, I volunteered extra time to help fellow officers with reports and I also became the Broward County Traffic Court Liaison for our agency. My duties included reviewing officers' traffic citations and arrest reports, speaking with the State Attorney's Office regarding active Broward County cases, and rewriting certain policies and arrest procedures for Broward County to improve our agency's conviction rate. I was able to facilitate cleanup with multiple vendors working simultaneously as well as advising residents both in-person and online as to what steps to take next. Within my first year of employment a new roof, impact doors, and accordion shutters were installed on the Association's Clubhouse, all damaged assets were repaired to pre-storm condition, contracts with new vendors were negotiated, lake erosion control projects were started, new ballroom audio equipment was installed, many accounts with past due balances were zeroed out, and Board Meetings were run more smoothly and with more cohesiveness.       Sergeant's Professionalism Citations Multiple Police Sergeants Nov 2013 During the course of my employment at the Morrison Police Department, I received several Sergeant's citations from three different Sergeants regarding my professionalism on traffic stops, interactions with citizens, and securing a vacant home during an Extra Watch Order. I also received citations regarding my extra volunteer work directing traffic at the KBPI car show in 2012 and with volunteering in a multi-agency warrant execution in conjunction with the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office.
