  Full-time Licensed Community Association Manager for a large 55+ HOA in Delray Beach, FL.My first day at this neighborhood was in the wake of Hurricane Ian and a resulting EF2 tornado that spawned, which resulted in approximately 25% of the neighborhood being moderately-severely damaged. I was able to facilitate cleanup with multiple vendors working simultaneously as well as advising residents both in-person and online as to what steps to take next. Since then, I have been in charge of the day-to-day operations of the community as well as the immediate supervision of one Bookkeeper, one Social Director, one Maintenance Supervisor, and one Janitor. Within my first year of employment a new roof, impact doors, and accordion shutters were installed on the Association's Clubhouse, all damaged assets were repaired to pre-storm condition, contracts with new vendors were negotiated, lake erosion control projects were started, new ballroom audio equipment was installed, many accounts with past due balances were zeroed out, and Board Meetings were run more smoothly and with more cohesiveness.
