  The Whiteley Building, Bayswater Management of the demolition team removing 2000 tons of temporary steelwork from four storeys of basement under the new Whiteley building in Bayswater. The project involved a bespoke temporary works design to winch steel beams weighing up to 15-tons out from under the building cores after they had been de-stressed. The steel was burnt into sections and then removed from the basement, all while construction of the main building carried on overhead. The role involved in depth liaison with the PC and other trades, specialised temporary works solutions and management of high risk burning operations in very tight and confined locations.
