  Led the Future Operating Model Workstream and served as the project manager for numerous initiatives within the program. Assisted in the planning & facilitation of global design workshops with over 200 HR and functional leaders to consolidate and streamline country and site-specific practices into a single, global process framework.After global processes had been consolidated and vetted globally, I began work on the testing workstream which was responsible for managing the global execution of solution testing, systems integration testing, user acceptance testing, and regression testing.
