  As part of a multi-disciplinary team (general environmentalists and ecologists specialised in wildlife, natural environments and biodiversity), my main tasks at Egis Environnement (Consulting company) involve:- Drafting of regulatory naturalist studies (impact assessments, protected species exemption files, Natura 2000 files) for development projects (transport infrastructures, industrial sites, etc.) or land and water management projects (management of wetlands, protected areas, etc.). that may require collaboration with in-house teams or subcontractors;- Naturalist field inventories with ecologists specialised in ornithology, herpetofauna (amphibians and reptiles), entomofauna (insects and other arthropods) and participation to consultation workshops;- Contributions to ecological engineering projects and contruction sites supervision: faunistic or floristic expertise (i.e invasive alien species management) as part of project management and project ownership assistance teams for ecological compensatory measures, renaturation of industrial sites or urban wastelands, etc.;- Participation in biodiversity research and development projects, in particular providing methodological support to the team to update the Egis' methodology for calculating ecological equivalence.
