  The Manufacturing Engineer - develop, implement, and maintain the plant engineering functions, such as Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Processes and Tools, in order to support operations in a complex process through the achievement of the objectives and goals from the Manufacturing Department. Responsibilities include coordination of manufacturing, design and development, project transfer, equipment installation, technical support, process improvement, preventive maintenance program development, and compliance of environmental and safety requirements. RESPONSIBILITIES:- Interface directly with all levels of manufacturing and product engineering, and be responsible for process improvements and controls, machine capacity/capability studies, equipment selection and qualification, and adherence to company procedures and quality standards.- Assist in design, maintenance and interpretation of meaningful and accurate performance measurement systems to increase production efficiency and cost effectiveness.- Design, procure, and implement fabrication, fixture and manufacturing equipment.
