Trusted by Branch management to work with central IT team to migrate the It systems from local to centralised server.Deputed to Lucknow to set up and start the New Branch. In the process trained 15 employees of erstwhile Bank of Madura to take up the branch operations. Also played a key role in integration of Bank of Madura Branches with ICICI bank across Uttar Pradesh, India.Started Private Banking and NRI banking services at Lucknow, Kanpur and Dehradun as Relationship Manager-Private Banking. Was quickly elevated as Regional Sales Manager ( Uttar Pradesh & Uttaranchal) and was responsible for setting up private banking and NRI services across 13 cities in the state.
