  Managed HRW Paris donor pipeline of high value donors and supported Development and Outreach Director in front line fundraising. Developed strategic face to face relationships with new and existing high value supporters, and managed donor relationships. Led tailored outreach strategies for cultivation and stewardship purposes. Built continuous growth in recognition, size and income of the Paris Annual Dinner, a high-profile large scale fundraising event showcasing Human Rights Watch’s work, honouring human rights defenders, and raising 70% of the Paris office income through an art auction and table sales (in 2018 raised €900,000). Led prospect research in France targeting high net worth individuals, as well as trusts and foundations (€5k - €100k grant making level donors) based in France, building a database of 50-80 prospects and mapping key contacts. Managed donor database using Raiser’s Edge (ensuring the donor contact information, donor intelligence, history of the relationship and gift information are recorded), produced fundraising reports, and income reconciliation (reporting Paris income to the finance department on a quarterly basis).
