Developed strategic face to face relationships with new and existing high value supporters, and managed donor relationships. Led tailored outreach strategies for cultivation and stewardship purposes. Built continuous growth in recognition, size and income of the Paris Annual Dinner, a high-profile large scale fundraising event showcasing Human Rights Watch’s work, honouring human rights defenders, and raising 70% of the Paris office income through an art auction and table sales (in 2018 raised €900,000).
