Being responsible for the technical manager, technical officer and field teams working in the shopping malls.• Rönesans Gayrimenkul Portfolio to achieve yearly targets, with 12 shopping centers in operation and new projects in development.Business Plan Preparation: Operational Expenditure (OPEX) plans, • Following up technical of all service companies and suppliers• Establishing the coordination between SC management, head office and service companies’ trough contract amendments and procedures• Service Charge budget control of shopping centers• Prepare tender process and their agreements specification.• Follow up consumption and report to the centers (electricity, water, gas and diesel)• Support sustainability projects of centers• Support fit out organization of centers• Periodically visit centers including portfolio• Contract and operation management of service companies and suppliers establishing the coordination between SC management, head office and service companies’ trough contract amendments and procedures• Creating and implementing the best practice, workflows, procedures and forms to establish Multi Management standards, field training and ensuring the adaptation of best practices• Preparing and monitoring operational and investment budgets of Shopping centers as well as facilities management.• Preparing periodic reports for all portfolio which are indicating level of Shopping Mall quality awareness.• Implementation and monitoring periodic reporting systems with use of the obtained data to monitor, prevent and enhance the service quality and establish optimum service level with minimum cost.
