  At Al-Iman Schools, my role has focused on laying the groundwork for the introduction of the STEAM approach within the Kingdom of Bahrain. I’ve played a key role in designing and implementing tailored curricula that align with the school’s educational goals while promoting interdisciplinary learning through Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics.As part of this initiative, I developed the first steps for applying the STEAM approach in the school. This involved close collaboration with school leadership and faculty to ensure the curriculum was not only innovative but also practical for students across various grade levels. I participated in every phase of the project, from conceptualization to execution and evaluation, ensuring that the curriculum met the necessary academic standards while fostering creativity and problem-solving among students.My work also extended to supporting the implementation process, guiding both teachers and students through the STEAM framework. This included hands-on workshops, instructional support, and continuous feedback to ensure smooth adoption.   As a Science and STEAM educator at Al-Hekma International Schools, I specialize in designing and delivering innovative curricula that cater to the diverse learning needs of my students.
