  Assisting the Digital Manager to be responsible for developing and implementing the Region’s system functionality, developing the data held within the system to deliver a common picture understood across the region, DIO and the wider MoD, thus enhancing the ability of the Region Head to deliver their service and support the Regional Delivery Director to fulfil his/her responsibilities.Leadership and Management• Engage Stakeholders to contribute to business outputs.• Promote data at forefront of all we do.Systems Implementation• Support the implementation of DIO systems and system changes in accordance with system standards as set out by the Delivery Support Team and enforcing data standards, quality and completeness.• Support the maintenance of the Region’s system requirements and Learning From Experience in future system reviews, highlighting required improvements for the future and supporting user groups.• Ensuring Regional staff are competent users of the systems and associated data standards and ensuring guidance documentation / communication is available to all Region staff (or as appropriate). Responsibility to regularly review guidance documentation for its appropriateness and update in accordance with changes as they are implemented.• Support the management of the way we store and record data that supports the S&NI region.IMS Development• Support the development and management of the Region-specific delivery elements of the Infrastructure Management System (IMS) functionality.• Responsible for ensuring that Region-specific IMS requirements are articulated, understood and given the appropriate priority.• Support the Business Management Lead in driving the utilisation and development of the IMS or any other corporate systems used within the Region.• Support the Business Management Lead in driving any system changes applicable to industry partner, MoD and wider government e.g. CP&F.
