  DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Reviews project specifications / code requirements, respective procedure, work methodology and ITP / IPS, etc. Implements the Inspection and Test Plan and Inspection Procedure Standard accordingly. Conducts daily inspection and test as required in the ITP such as material receiving inspection, positive material identification (PMI) inspection, lay-out inspection, fit-up inspection, welding inspection, visual & dimensional inspection, blasting / painting inspection and final inspection on fabrication of the following component such as Boiler and Pressure vessel, Water Wall Panels, Headers, Tube coils, HRSG, Structural Parts of Power and Industrial Plant. Perform Risk Based Maintenance Inspection on Thermal Power Plants and assist in Replica Inspection for material testing; perform NDE activities. Witness hydrostatic test in accordance with ASME / METI Code and work instruction. Prepares the required records / documentation of inspected item in accordance with ITP and costumer requirements. Reports any nonconforming products and processes; prepares nonconformity reports accordingly. Participates in the disposition of nonconforming items / products. Initiates activities to clear outstanding items in the non-conformity punch list. Check / monitors subcontractor’s quality performance. Witness Welder’s Qualification Testing and Welding Procedure Qualification Testing. Conduct presentation of products to be witnessed by Authorized Inspector or Customer. Attends internal project coordination meetings.   DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Reviewing completed procedures to verify compliance with specified contract requirements. Assist Quality Manager in carrying out induction of site personnel, and carry out site tool box talks on specific topics, as agreed with the Quality Manager and Project Manager. Ensure alignment of contract requirements for major subcontractors and suppliers by specifying critical quality compliance. Conduct inspection of materials delivered on site either by subcontractor or by internal procurement to ensure compliance of specification prior to use / issuance. Ensure that inspection and testing requirements are define in the Inspection and Test Plan, Working Instructions and inspection reports, review and evaluation of the records generated. Review and evaluation of NCR’s and CAPAR’s, including the development of a trend analysis. Witness and ensures that work performed are in accordance with the activity management plan. Inspecting and monitoring the implementation of quality policies, procedures, programs and systems, before any commencement of project. Conduct in-process inspection of workmanship, such as material receiving inspection, fit-up inspection, welding inspection, visual & dimensional inspection, painting inspection, witness hydrostatic testing and final inspection on fabrication and installation of the following components such as but not limited to well head and cross country piping, to ensure non conformity is addressed at the earliest possible time. Liaise with client representative in the inspection of completed phase of work and ensures records of compliance and jointly sign off by client.SITEWORK ASSIGNMENTS Philippine Geothermal Production Company (Mak-Ban, Brgy.
