I would go on medical calls and provide BLS level care to patients before the arrival of an Ambulance service. I also go on Fire calls, responding to house fires, car accidents, gas leaks and a variety of other situations. My time at the Southwood Fire Department has made me a stronger, more resilient person and has developed my skills.
