  I work directly with the Office Of Diversity Affairs Women's Programs program manager and current BEwit Scholars and Women's Empowerment Initiative students. I assist in development and delivery of event programming and communication for students in the Women's Programs ( Business, engineering, and the intersection of these fields). I am a Peer Life Coach for the class "Designing Your Leeds". It is a class for first-year students about customizing your college experience to get the most out of it. Using a process rooted in Design Thinking, the course equips students with tools to design and prototype a college experience that best aligns with who they are and what they hope to get from college.
