      Managed operations of a Clean Water Act (Sec. 316 (b)) driven aquaculture program in a cooperative relationship with the Maryland Department of Natural Resources (MD-DNR). Responsibilities included operation of a 5,000 sq. ft. facility with 13,200 gallons of tank space, five acres of ponds, and the supervision of three technicians (direct reports). Managed a ~$3 MM constructed wetland/pollution control construction project (required by a State of Maryland Consent Order) at the Mirant Faulkner Coal Ash Storage facility.
