  I had two main projects that I was to be the lead on. The first was that I Implement a point-of-service program with the hospital to lower bad debt and increase cash flow. This included staff training on how to collect upfront cash, patient letters, and new policies & procedures. My second project was to update all job descriptions throughout the hospital to be current with the healthcare industry. A 50% return rate on the surveys has been achieved to date, higher then counterparts of other St Luke areas.o Co-chair of the pain team. Created an audit tool for progress around pain and are now at 90% compliance.
