  - NPD Project : Involved in the new Design and Development of Trunnion mounted WKM 370D6 Ball valve Forged Design, comprising of more than 70 sizes.- FEA : Responsible for developing the forged valve components and verifying the same through Finite Element Analysis, creating layouts, quotation drawings and developing design review documents on the project for design reviews to be conducted with the stakeholders.- Performed Linear/Non-linear Finite Element Analysis across products and verifying in accordance with ASME Sec. VIII, Div. II Part 4 & 5 on WKM 370D6 Forged Ball valves.- Performed Specific Analysis according to ASME B16.34 as per customer requirements.- Performing Compliance verification studies of DEMCO Resilient seated & WKM Hi-performance Double offset Butterfly valves against API 609.- Supporting sales and quotation team with specification reviews to provide cost effective technical solutions to customer's concerns on technical requirements.- Assisted with real time on-field valves problem identification and aftermarket support.
