  - Review operating procedures and ensure work scope follows all regulatory bodies.- Conduct site-wide Risk Assessments to evaluate Health, Safety and Environmental hazards based on Severity, Likelihood, Exposure and Frequency and developed plans for mitigation.Perform daily, Monthly and Quarterly HSE audits and Inspections at various site locations and ensure follow-up action until close-out.- Provide regular written reports, as well as other HSE related results and updates to the management team.- Develop and Implement Site evacuation and emergency response plans.- Conduct on-site investigations of accidents and incidents involving fire, hazardous materials, unsafe situations, and/or non-compliance issues; prepare reports and make recommendations for procedural changes as necessary.- Participate in reviewing risk assessments for all Capital Limited projects.- Monitor and inspect site fire, safety, and environmental equipment and facilities for serviceability and compliance with established regulations, policies, and standards.- Develop and maintain detailed records, to include locations and inspections of potentially hazardous areas.- Conduct and control meetings such as weekly safety meetings, monthly safety meetings, client management meetings and daily HOD meetings.- Participate in monthly HSE rigs audits as well as monthly environmental inspections.- Daily round in the site to ensure the extent of compliance with the implementation of the company's own policies of safety, health, and environmental protection.- Immediate presence in emergency and fire sites or accidents involving equipment, personnel, contractor, or serious accidents.- Conduct safety & health needed training programs for all plant employees and supervisors to make a culture that prioritizes effective HSE and reduces overall associated risks and costs.- Follow-up / tracked of major incident corrective & preventive actions.
