Apr 2014 - Apr 2020After working on the Reward & Benefits Client Delivery Team, I made a change and joined the Product Management Team, with a focus on developments and improvements to our KF Pay Platform and Data Collection Tool. I developed requirements for new pay reports related to incentives, market movements and pay premiums, in order to move legacy off-line products to a new SaaS model. In collaboration with UX/UI, developers and project managers, I managed the sprints and backlog and shifted priorities to create a balance between updates and user enhancements. Furthermore, I worked across Product Lines, such as Assessments and Employee Engagement, to think through ways we could bring together all of our solutions into one comprehensive Organizational Product. This included managing the demonstration environment which was used to show how our product could provide actionable insight to our clients. In addition, I led the enablement and communication process to relay product releases and roadmaps to internal stakeholders. Through conversations that I initiated with Regional Delivery Leaders, we created a cadence for sharing these updates, as well as finding the best way to communicate. Enabling the business to inform clients on these updates is important, and a couple ways I achieved this was through video demonstrations and showcasing the added value we were providing. By leading the execution of these plans, we started to empower the teams to support our clients better. Show less As a Team Leader, I provided guidance and direction to a team of 8-10 consultants, ensuring we delivered quality and timely results to our clients. To jump start new team members, I created a structured on-boarding plan. This comprehensive plan introduced them to their role and the tools they would be using, and incorporated colleagues from around the business to provide them a full understanding of the firm. Through effective communication, and creating a sense of purpose and teamwork, the team was motivated to embrace change and manage our clients through it.With the launch of our KF Pay Platform and Data Collection Tool, I engaged with the team to train and enable them on the new offerings. To drive the implementation of our new SaaS Platform, I collaborated with global teams including Regional Delivery Leaders, Product Management and our Processing Center on the creation and content of various resource materials, including a client facing website and video demonstrations. I worked with a variety of clients, particularly in the Retail and Chemical Industry to understand the challenges they were facing in compensation. I guided them through our platform, and other reports, and consulted with them on different ways they could analyze data to make business decisions. This included choosing the right market or peer group, data modeling and understanding different benchmark approaches. Through demonstrations and training at client forums and through webinars, I showcased how our products provided value and insights.In addition to team development and on-boarding clients, I lead the execution of a custom Salesforce module for the US Delivery Team. Utilizing Salesforce, I tracked and analyzed the participation status of our clients for our Compensation and Benefits Survey, which had over 2,100 organizations, and was able to project our final database numbers and identify industries that we needed to grow. Show less As a Project Manager for the US Compensation and Benefits Survey, I lead the General Market, Chemicals, Industrial and Retail Sectors from planning and executing the survey to publishing results. With managing one of the largest databases for this data, I was challenged with ensuring that the integrity of the database was held to the highest standards, while also ensuring that the data was reviewed in an efficient manner.
