  Oversaw operations for 6 store locations, and was responsible for hiring, development, and team management across all in-store positions. I worked alongside Store Brand Leaders to provide coaching on achieving sales growth, exceeding targets in key metrics, recruiting and hiring to support the stores leadership goals, and performance management.
