  I embarked on a significant transition during my tenure, shifting my focus from the Head of IT Department to a Project Manager role. This change was driven by my dedication to two pivotal areas within Alif.Pioneering Alif Academy: Initially, I dedicated the majority of my efforts to Alif Academy, where I played a critical role in nurturing IT skills through education. I successfully managed the development of our education management system, a critical tool that enabled us to transition seamlessly to online education during the challenging times of COVID-19. This platform facilitated the creation of various courses, including "JS for Beginners," which covered a comprehensive curriculum from basic skills like HTML and CSS to advanced topics like React.js and Node.js and Golang backend development course. We also tailored courses for different demographics, including Courses for Girls and specialized programs for children aged 6 to 8 years.Global Expansion at Alif Bank: Subsequently, my focus shifted to driving the global expansion of Alif Bank. From September 2021, I assumed the role of Project Manager, spearheading projects related to our expansion into new countries. We explored various business ideas across different regions and took a significant step forward in April 2023 with our entry into the UK market, establishing Ayan Capital LTD. In this capacity, I was not only involved in the development part of our project but also took charge of optimizing business processes, ensuring compliance, overseeing accounting functions, and handling the legal aspects of the project.Today, I am fully committed to my role at Ayan Capital, and this marks an exciting new chapter in my career. This strategic approach allowed us to harness top-tier IT professionals to support Alif Bank's growth.Education Initiatives: As an employer, we actively participated in conducting courses at Alif Academy, nurturing the next generation of IT talent.   As the Director of Alif's IT education division, Alif Academy, I embarked on a rewarding journey just before the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. Our mission was clear: empower individuals through IT education and bridge the digital divide.One of the significant challenges we encountered was swiftly transitioning our education programs to a remote format as the world grappled with the pandemic. With resilience and innovation, we rose to the occasion, ensuring that learning never stopped. Our team collaborated with aims.pro to launch Tajikistan's first large-scale online course, reaching a broader audience and making quality education accessible to more learners.During my tenure, Alif Academy successfully conducted over 10 courses, impacting the lives of more than 2,000 students. We were committed to fostering digital literacy, empowering individuals of all age groups, and equipping them with valuable IT and programming skills to enhance their employability.I am grateful for the opportunity to have played a part in transforming lives through education at Alif Academy and look forward to making an even more significant impact in the future.
