  I handled payments to other insurance companies when our insureds were at fault and the 3rd party went through their own insurance company for repairs. I verified that the demand package was complete with photos. After it was verified, I issued payment. This was an inbound call center where I filed auto and homeowner claims. I verified some policy information and determined which type of claim to file. I also transferred calls to claim handles for people who already had an active claim. I also set up rental car referrals and arranged for body shops to come get the vehicle if need be.
