Administer and manage $3.5M in funding from City, State and Federal Government to operate 12 community-based prevention programs that serve over 2,200 at-risk children and youth annually. In this program I supervise 30 full-time staff and approximately 195 year-round and seasonal employees (part-time). The goal of these programs is to function as a catalyst in the lives of youth to combat neighborhood challenges and to promote their academic and social success in the areas of reading, writing, math, school attendance and post secondary and career exploration. This is achieved by providing students with an array of accessible, enriching and academically focused programs. Show less
