  Founded in 2020, it provides services for building online sales processes, technology and marketing structures to capture leads for the sales team.In the first 6 months, the startup gained 30 clients and a team of 6 professionals.Laura, based on the SCRUM methodology and the book “High Output Management”, created the operation process. It implemented decentralized management and worked through sprints, which made deliveries flow more efficiently.   I was part of the G4 Skills team, a streaming platform with content aimed at company employees, with the aim of training them and helping to solve internal problems.Link: https://www.g4skills.com/During my time on the team, I participated in the development of several features. I worked on the artificial intelligence plan generator, which helps entrepreneurs identify internal problems and create personalized study plans for their employees. I also contributed to the development of the weekly goal feature, a gamification created to increase class consumption by students — an objective successfully achieved. Additionally, I worked on creating the Backoffice for live classes, an environment for platform administrators to coordinate and manage these classes.
