Exposure to Lean Manufacturing methods, Blueprint Reading, GD&T, Lead Inspector –7/08-3/09Worked along with the Production Supervisor to allocate parts. Preparation of First Article Reports, cert package and other documentation to present our FQE representative for approval. Flow down of any spec changes, work instructions, documentation updates and traveler edits. Strong interaction with all internal departments and major customers.Calibration Knowledgeable in GAGEtrak Calibration software to keep track of tools, recall calibration, age sensitive material, and vision tests.
