Tasked to effectively turn around the project beset with an overwhelmed ticket management and underutilized technology resources.Key Achievements during the period 2005 - 2012✔ Served as Project Leader to develop DST System’s newest sales analytics solution aimed at generating new source of revenue streams. During an 18-month effort, I organized the project team, facilitated meetings and activities through the requirements, design, construction, testing, and implementation phases. I managed horizon planning and worked through shifting requirements and schedules with various stakeholders and the project team. Project was implemented on time and was deemed a success. ✔ Upon initial launch, the new application was able to increase user traffic by 35% and generate additional revenues of 20%. The product continues to be part of the company’s portfolio, known to generate a dependable multimillion-dollar revenue stream.✔ For DST’s Vision product, I led the team to revamp ticket management utilizing offshore resources, developed automated processes and data visualization reports, and worked with business stakeholders to utilize the self-service features. Our initiatives’ outcome was as follows: support ticket counts reduced by 60%, offshore staffing reduced our resource costs by 30%; and process improvement initiatives were up by 20%. Managed the development life cycle for projects as small as a few hundred hours spanning a few months to projects exceeding 15 thousand hours spanning 14 months.The projects I lead were comprised of multiple technology platforms. The simplest were purely mainframe-based initiatives while others included mainframe, middleware, and Java based Web front ends.
