This was a complex enhancement that provided security for updating client selected equipment data through Engineering Change objects, provided change history and delivered conflict checking to support simultaneous development of Engineering Changes.Directed project to design and develop wide-ranging enhancements to Equipment Tag Out application within Asset Suite in collaboration with British Energy. This was a broad and complex enhancement to Tag Out designed and implemented at the request of British Energy that was successfully delivered on time to a highly satisfied client. Led project to design Facility Material Planning product for British Ministry of Defense. Worked onsite with three branches of the British military to bring a product design back on track by obtaining agreement on goals and design. Developed functional design for Equipment and Uniquely Tracked Commodity APIs.Designed and led development of Action Request Wizard workflow in response to client requests for a simple application to identify emergent issues.Performed maintenance of Document Management, Engineering Change and Equipment Tag Out products. Led development of web service integration to Asset Suite enabling clients to integrate electronic document management, maintenance management, lock out/tag out, and equipment database applications to Asset Suite. Guided development of designs for Asset Suite graphical scheduling system, a workbench for Asset Suite planners, and an Asset Suite to Geographic Information System. Directed re-design and re-write of Asset Suite to Electronic Document Management System Integration which provided enhanced integration and standardization to web services approach. Managed enhancements to Financial Integration product to interface with new releases of Asset Suite and support product internationalization. Partnered with Ventyx Professional Services manager on high intensity, client sponsored project to develop web services - included hiring and training a team of 15 software analysts and developers in a short period of time for combination onshore/offshore team. Team was highly successful in producing a wide range of high quality services for the client.Implemented Scrum methodology which increased team ownership of goals, estimates, timelines and dependencies.
