      Last contract executed for First Quantum Minerals at their KMT copper mine in DR Congo with the mandate to establish a complete training infrastructure designed to attend to and meet the training and development objectives of the mine and needs of its employees together with the implementation of a sustainable training culture and structure. The global economic metdown and copper downturn forced the company to drastically reduce staff and non-production posts.
