      Program manager for all IOC projects including Production Optimization Strategy, Reliability and Integrity Threats Management, Mid-Term Asset Optimization and Integrated Production Schedule in all business unit areas. Lead the Business Unit efforts in rolling out IOC philosophy based initiatives – process improvement opportunities utilizing workflows optimization, decision making through cross functional collaboration, optimized planning and application of modern technology. Responsible for project planning, resource administration, contingency management and overall roll out of IOC program project portfolio in Tengizchevroil. Ensures the adoption and implementation of standardized IOC processes and procedures across the Business Unit assets. Lead the project team in design, development and deployment of Integrated Operations strategy for the business unit to prepare for technical integration of the Asset at the process units’ level and provide the platform for complete value chain approach optimization through cross functional collaboration on the tool and business process levels. Responsible for development of business processes targeting identification and optimization of overall system capacity, surfacing bottle necks and constraints to focus on leveraging opportunity windows and optimizing the economic value of operations. Main point of contact for all Business Unit IOC related requests and opportunities. Supports IOC Teams with identification and implementation of optimization opportunities. Champions sharing of lessons learned and best practices across assets specifically regarding optimization initiatives realized and collaboration opportunities.
