Overcame a lack of personnel by driving the maintenance team to fulfill other duties as assigned and reaching out to other entities through out the maintenance community for support as necessary. Performed the duties of Marine Surveyor/Supervisor Marine Surveyor responsible for planning, execution, supervision and administration of more than 200 work items in association with more than 50 Emergent Maintenance (EM) Voyage Repairs and other technical services on forward deployed ships in the Fifth and Sixth Fleet Area of Operation. Directly supervised five Marine Surveyors and one Type Desk, overseeing the organization, coordination, planning and execution of ship repair activities within the European, Africa and South West Asia Area of Operations (AOR), Produced and created detailed daily and weekly reports to the Commanding Officer (CO), Operations Director, Officer-In-Charge (OIC), Assistant Officer-In-Charge (AOIC) and Deputy Officer-In-Charge (DOIC) as well as Annual Reports to Congress and Pentagon officials.
