  Duties• Responsible for category management for all electronic components• Head of department for Logistics cost, delivery , duties and custom clearance world-wide. • Review all purchase orders and reduce and sign off • Work with engineering teams on customer PCB designs and implement cost effective solutions for Mass productions and JIT delivery with Air and Sea with Kan Ban systems and consignment stocks • Duel Sourcing• Working with engineering to Design in Manufacture Components to reduce BOM quote cost.• Develop the Logistics of the company regarding shipping Air and sea for real time system with key logistics companies and Hub and storage locations • Working with engineering to reduce BOm cost and fully-function fit alternative Manufactures.• Reporting and reviewing key components of NPI, tracking project milestones to implement mass productions and secure continuity of each component from supplier, logistics, IQA Inventory through to production and finished product output set goals Achievements • Personal input into designing new bespoke MRP/ERP system to be able to interrogate the system for product Life Cycle Management. • Set up new business to sell non-moving stock , and surplus MOQ’s• Learn and understand all PCB manufacturing process, and study all IQA processes to implement a new process direction to improve Corrective Action Reports before the product is shipped, thus ensuring a quality produce delivered every time on time • Procure and project manage NPI Development from Prototype approval (PPAP) to full turnkey mass production • Set up weekly incoming IQA Meeting to resolve short shipments, defects, incorrect parts, and resolve actions regarding production requirement, stock, invoicing and credit returns • Working with IT with the ERP and MRP systems to construct in-depth analysis reports for supplier, Logistics, Inventory , Shortage, Pricing, and product Show less
