  Assistant Project Coordinator

  I worked with the HR management and marketing department of the party that gained an absolute majority in the Ukrainian parliament. They gave me the responsibility to coordinate 150 volunteers and organise an advertising campaign in the region. The position required analytical skills and understanding the social intricacies of Ukrainian society to recruit new voters from all socioeconomic spheres. My experience taught me the importance of strategic thinking, teamwork, creation of action plans, and how to be a political leader. Sociology of campaigning in the competitive electoral environment needs in-depth research, understanding of challenges faced by people and clear explanation of policies to attract the most voters. Being able to provide solutions and communicating them to your subordinates managing their actions is the key to success in any campaign and organisation. Tailoring our campaign to the needs of elderly Ukrainians via pensions enhancements was essential to win the vote. Show less

  I have spearheaded several projects for the Ukrainian Students Union that expand our reach, secure crucial funding, and foster international collaboration. I successfully organised multiple high-profile events, including an impactful session with Petro Poroshenko, to bring attention to key issues facing the Ukrainian community and create meaningful dialogue with influential speakers.My work securing grants has enabled the Union to launch new projects and support Ukrainian students in tangible ways. I have led cross-departmental collaborations, including developing an IT internship program that placed five Ukrainian interns at Midas Solutions. Working alongside the SMM Department, we created engaging educational content to drive outreach and build stronger connections with our community.I am committed to building partnerships that amplify our mission, establishing collaborative relationships with the Uzbek, Polish, and Italian Student Unions to broaden international support and cooperation. Additionally, I have collaborated with the UK Government to ensure Ukrainian voices are represented on significant platforms, advocating for the interests of our students.Currently, I am focused on planning large-scale conferences and fundraisers to support the Union’s mission, create opportunities for engagement, and raise awareness of Ukrainian causes.
