  Worked directly with cloning, isolation and proteomic expression of a not yet described gene. Applied several biotechnology and molecular biology techniques, respecting scientific protocols. This project was sponsored by FAPESP and because of this, I was responsible for preparing several reports showing the evolution and details of the project.

  Leading strategic global long-term portfolio planning. Instrumental for budget forecast and fund-raising within the company board. Periodically revision of analytical data (BI) and to design economic models that appoint the direction to expand to adjacent markets and the creation of new services, increasing company portfolio (i.e.: E2E in pharma logistics and supply chain focus in Advanced Therapy, Patient-centric approach, among others). Partner with Regional Vice Presidents for successful project delivery and to establish Business Resilience Programs.
